Booking Details (updated!)

• Deposit: A deposit of $500.00 per stateroom is required at the time of booking. To secure group pricing, deposits and full legal names must be provided no later than September 15, 2024. This deposit is fully refundable up to August 18, 2025 if booked by September 15, 2024.
• Cabin Selection: Reserve your cabin before August 31, 2024, and you’ll get to choose your cabin location on our deck. After this date, cabin locations will be assigned by the cruise line.
• Special Offer: If we meet the minimum required bookings by August 31, 2024, you will receive a $100 onboard credit .
• Space and Availability: Space is reserved but subject to availability at the time of booking. Royal Caribbean reserves the right to modify prices and availability at any time.
• Final Payment: Final payment for all remaining amounts is due no later than August 18, 2025. Any balance due after this date will result in the cancellation of all or part of the group. All staterooms or additional components added to a group after the final payment date must be paid for in full.
